Deadly Animal Counter
Australia
It's the most dangerous place in the world and a somewhere for an all round hero like me! I've decided to keep a tally of all the deadly animals that I'm going to meet and beat along the way:
Spiders
Funnelwebs (big, hard and hairy) - 1
Red backs (nasty toilet seat huggers) - 3
Snakes (with intelligent sounding Latin names)
Inland Taipan (Oxyuranus microlepidotus) - 5
Eastern Brown Snake (Pseudonaja textilis) - 0
Coastal Taipan (Oxyuranus scutellatus) - 0
Crocodiles
Fresh Water Crocodiles (the wussy ones) - 0
Salt Water Crocodiles (the really hard *rsed big ones) -1
Jelly Fish
The box jelly fish (long, legy & very dangerous) - 0
Irukandji Jellyfish (Small, silent and deadly) - 0
Sharks
Great White Shark (Jaws wannabe) - 1
Other
Killer Koalas (small, furry, hunt in packs) - 7
Had a fight with these little cute blighters in a dream. They tried to hug me to death but I cynically resisted their charms!
Think that's about the lot. The rest aren't bad enough to list!

Willie, I'm not going to get into technicalities about if they are on land or in the water but, having fought both recently, my money would be on the salt water crocodile. Not only are they strong, they are devious and would probably resort to things like hair pulling, too :-(

Rachel, I've already got a book deal lined up and I'm hoping to act the main role in the films. Watch out for some more 'interesting' titles that I have come up with in later blogs!

The deadly animal counter seems to be reading mostly zeros - even though you've fought a shark and a croc. Have you not met any others, or did you not manage to beat them?

I've defeated so many dangerous animals that the counter can't keep up! The other problem is that I had my fingers bitten off by a shark, so I'm having to type with my nose

I haven't seen any perky possums yet OT but there's still lots of time. By the way, I'm sorry for leaving you in the attic while I am away having fun :-(

If you think it's big news at home, you should be over here. Somebody likened it to the death of Princess Di on the news this morning! Maybe she was killed in a stingray conspiracy?
